What is Companion care?
Companion Care is a component of Home Care which provides emotional and social support. These two key roles have a positive impact for the elderly, such as reducing stress and social isolation which can cause depression.


What does the Companion Care Provide?

Socialization and entertainment.

Transportation to appointments and other activities.

Planning and scheduling appointments and social activities.

Running errands such as grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
What is the difference between a Caregiver & a Companion?
A Companion has less or no training than a Caregiver and is best for people that need “non-medical” help with some or many aspects of daily living.
